Q: Is Selena's Secrets.com a secured website?

Consultant: Yes, our website is a part of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) network.  Selena's Secrets.com will never forward any personal information submitted to the website to any business, publication or third party without your knowledge.    

Q: Does Selena's Secrets.com have a physical store location? 

Consultant: No, Selena's Secrets.com does not have a retail store location. The address listed is the address for the Returns Department and customer correspondence.

Although we do not have a store, we do offer a full service online store, complete with detailed product descriptions and additional information about fabrics, fit and styling of the lingerie items. All items are inspected to meet the high quality standards our customers expect. 

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the unworn merchandise within 30 days for a refund, credit or exchange.

Gift Certificates  

Q: Does Selena's Secrets.Com offer Gift Certificates?  

Consultant: Yes, the traditionally boxed gift certificate comes in a beautiful, shiny black box with a red ribbon and a platinum gift card.  The certificate is mailed to the gift recipient.

Purchasing Gift Certificates 

1) Go to the Selena's Secrets.com store and select the amount of your Gift Certificate

2) Enter method of payment. Boxed gift certificates are shipped within 1-2 days.  

3) No tax, shipping or handling is charged for gift certificates.  Select "gift certificates only" as the shipping zone if you are purchasing only gift certificates. 

4) In "Shipping Instructions" section of Check Out: Boxed Gift Certificates: Indicate your greeting.

Redeeming  Boxed Gift Certificates

Step 1

Go to SelenasSecrets.com and make lingerie selections  

Step 2

At Check Out, complete your order, and enter the Gift Certificate code and expiration date on the order form in the "Shipping Instructions" section.  Then save order form and E-mail it to selenassecrets.com.  Do not send this via the normal Order Online method.  You must send an e-mail of the saved order form.  If your order is more than your certificate amount, you will need to provide a credit card number for the amount over the certificate amount.  Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days for all "in-stock" merchandise.

Consultant: You will receive an E-mail confirming the shipment of your order.

Return  Policy

Q: What is Selena's Secrets.com return policy? 

Consultant: Selena's Secrets.com guarantees satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return unworn merchandise to Selena'sSecrets.com within 30 days of your purchase.  Health regulations prevent Selena's Secrets.com from reselling previously worn intimate apparel.  A credit, exchange or refund will be promptly issued.  

Q: How do I return merchandise for an exchange or new items?  

Consultant: Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of your purchase.  Complete your "Return Form" enclosed with your merchandise and follow the return instructions.

Sales Tax

Q: Will I incur sales tax charges on my order? 

Consultant: Tax specifications indicate that orders originating in Florida will be charged 7.0% sales tax.  All other geographic locations will not be charged sales tax.  

Domestic and International Shipping/General 

Q: Can I order place and order to Selena's Secrets.com if I live overseas? 

Consultant: Yes, you will be contacted via E-mail if there are questions for shipping your order.

Q: How will I be charged for shipping and handling charges? 

Consultant: For orders up to $99.99, you will be charged according to the weight, length, width and height of package.  Another factor that impacts shipping costs is the geographic location the item is being shipped to.  Normal shipping (U.S.) charges range from $3.95 -11.95 for orders up to $175.00.  Orders over $175.00 are subject to higher charges.  See shipping charts below for other geographic locations.             

Q: Does Selena's Secrets.com offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day delivery?  

Consultant: Yes, 3rd Business Day delivery is an additional $4.00, 2nd Business Day delivery is an additional $9.00 and Next-Business Day or Saturday delivery is an additional 14.00.(Not all areas offer Saturday delivery)  All special delivery shipping orders must be placed by 12:00p.m. EST Monday-Friday.  

Q: How will I be charged for shipping and handling if I place an international order? 

Consultant: UPS standard shipping is our method of shipping for all orders. The following charts include standard shipping, handling and brokerage charges for shipping outside the U.S. 

Shipping to Canada 

   * Standard orders originating from Canada should be received within 7-10 business days. 

Shipping to Japan 

   * Standard orders originating from Japan should be received within 10-14 business days. 

International Orders (Excludes the U.S., Canada and Japan)

   * Standard international orders  (Excludes the U.S., Canada and Japan), should be received within 10-14 business days. 

  Q: How are Customs and Import Duties handled?

Consultant: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be levied when your merchandise reaches your country.  Selena's Secrets.com has no knowledge of this amount nor do we collect these charges.  The charges must be paid for clearance through Customs.  Please contact your local Customs office for more information.   

Q: How long does it take to receive my order? 

Consultant: If you live in the U.S. or Canada, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days* for all "in stock" merchandise.  These items should be received within 7-10 business days*.  If you live in Japan or another International location, your order will be delivered in 10-14 business days*.  

*If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted via E-mail and given an anticipated delivery date. 

Q: Will my entire order be delayed if one item is backordered or out of stock? 

Consultant: No, items available for shipment will be shipped and you will then be contacted via E-mail to inform you of an anticipated ship date for out of stock items.  

Q: If only part of my order is shipped, will I be billed for the entire order? 

Consultant: No, you will only be billed for items that have actually been shipped to you.
